Orders

Please note all orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

If for any reason the items you purchased are sold out, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and you will receive an immediate refund.

After you place your order, an email confirmation including an order number will be sent to the email address that was entered at checkout. Once payment has been approved your order will be packed and dispatched.

Shipping

Orders are sent from Cremorne, Victoria via Australia Post Express satchels or Sendle.

Please read Sendle’s policy regarding Post Offices and PO Boxes here.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week (excluding Public Holidays).

Shipping is a flat rate of $16.50 per book and $7 per candle, with free shipping for orders of 6 candles or more.

Please note, Express Post is not classified as registered post. Lost or stolen items are not covered and are at the risk of the purchaser.

We only ship orders within Australia. For online book orders outside Australia, please try Booktopia – booktopia.com.au

Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping for orders of $270 more (books and candles), and Free Shipping for Home Candle Collection bundles of 6.

Free Local Pickup Option

We offer free local pickup of purchases from our Cremorne (Victoria) office.

Pickup is available at 54 Gwynne Street, Cremorne VIC 3121 on Wednesdays between 9am-5pm. and Friday (excluding Public Holidays) only, between 9am-3pm.

For free local pickup, please choose this option at checkout. When you select this option all shipping charges will be removed. Please only choose this option if you are able to pickup your purchases under the conditions mentioned above.

Stonefields Private Tour Tickets and Gift Vouchers

If you have purchased Private Tour Tickets or Gift Vouchers, these will be available for digital download from your customer account (if you created one), from the Order Complete email you receive or from the Order Complete page that displays after your payment. Please note: Tickets and Vouchers will not be posted to you. Please print Private Tour Tickets out and bring them to your Tour Date, or have them ready to display on your device. If you have problems downloading Tour Tickets or Gift Vouchers, please contact Kent – kent@paulbangay.com / +61 3 9070 6050. Gift Vouchers are only redeemable for Private Tour Tickets.

Returns and Refunds

Refunds are offered at the sole discretion of PRB Design Pty Ltd, on the return of products within 30 days, where the product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition. The customer is liable for any shipping costs associated with returning products for refund. Please contact us on info@paulbangay.com if you require a refund on your purchase.
